Yesterday evening my Mom had a celebration for our baby girl with the help of some of our very thoughtful and generous friends! I am blessed to have people in my life that willingly helped with the games, decor, and food!! I was surprised and grateful that some of my friends from out of town made the trip to join us for the celebration!
The party theme was “Alice in Wonderland” again with a bohemian, global twist. I’ve always loved the idea of having a little garden party in my backyard and we figured this would be the perfect time for it! Unfortunately, the May weather was not on our side and we moved it indoors. Thankfully though, I have a friend with a sunroom who offered to open up her space for the day!
I wish I got a shot with all the girls before everyone had to leave! Only managed to grab some quick photos at the very end … love these beautiful ladies and a few more who are missing.

My Mom made the cupcakes and chocolate cake! She added Pansies on top for decoration but it turns out they are edible as well (and apparently contain good nutrients)!
Alice Marie will [hopefully] be arriving by June 11 which is just 5 weeks away! We are nervous yet so so excited to meet her outside of the womb!
